One-Off Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan Joins Dubai Police Patrol Fleet

Dubai Police has teamed up with Mansory to introduce a customized Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan luxury patrol vehicle at ATM 2025. The addition of this unique patrol car will enhance the police presence at important tourist spots in the Emirates. This unveiling follows a previous successful collaboration, where Mansory worked with Dubai Police to introduce the Mercedes-AMG G63-based ‘Mansory P720’ in April 2024.

During the unveil at ATM 2025, Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department at Dubai Police, inspected the customized features of the new patrol vehicle, which set the Cullinan apart in terms of appearance and performance. The vehicle boasts a powerful 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine generating 610 horsepower, enabling the Cullinan to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 5 seconds and reach a top speed of 280 km/h (174mph).

Al Jallaf highlighted the significance of introducing such high-end vehicles into Dubai Police’s fleet to reinforce security at prominent tourist destinations like Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, and JBR. Mansory CEO, Mr. Kourosh Mansory, expressed pride in their second collaboration with Dubai Police, emphasizing their joint dedication to innovation, excellence, and leadership in the automotive industry.

The reveal of the Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan builds upon the previous success of collaborating with Mansory on the modified Mercedes-AMG G63-based ‘Mansory P720’ in April 2024. The Rolls-Royce Cullinan sports a number plate 9, while the ‘Mansory P720’ carries the matching number 720, aligning with its 720-horsepower engine output.
