The 8th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) for 2025 is now open for entries, showcasing Australia’s real estate markets, including Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. The Awards highlight innovative developments in established hubs and emerging cities.

The official launch event took place in Melbourne on 9 April, with Deputy Lord Mayor Campbell representing the City of Melbourne. The event emphasized the Awards’ role in driving innovation and investment in Australia’s real estate sector. Deputy Lord Mayor Campbell shared Melbourne’s vision for long-term development and multicultural opportunities, promoting the city as an attractive destination for investment, education, and living.
