Fayette Senior Services Takes Steps Forward to Help Seniors

On April 21, 2025, in Fayetteville, GA, Fayette Senior Services, Inc. (FSS), a nonprofit organization, commends their Tool Team for their swift response and exceptional work on a recent project. The Tool Team is a group of volunteers connected by FSS to assist homebound seniors with minor home safety maintenance tasks and repairs. Recently, a client sought help from FSS’s Care Management team due to a dangerous situation at home involving a deteriorating staircase and unstable handrails. The Tool Team promptly intervened, rebuilding the stairs and securing the railings, greatly improving the client’s safety and mobility. The client expressed gratitude for the support, highlighting the positive impact of community care.
