Natural History Museum unveils immersive new experience with David Attenborough

The Natural History Museum is offering a unique immersive experience narrated by Sir David Attenborough, called “Our Story with David Attenborough.” Launching on June 19, 2025, this 50-minute show will take audiences on a journey from Earth’s formation to present challenges, using state-of-the-art projection technology and Attenborough’s renowned storytelling.

The experience, set in the Museum’s Jerwood Gallery, will transform the space into a 360° cinematic environment. Viewers will be surrounded by captivating projections and soundscapes, guiding them through Earth’s history, from ancient seabeds to modern rainforests, and offering glimpses of the future.

Attenborough hopes that visitors will leave feeling inspired and empowered about their role in the world. The experience, produced in collaboration with Open Planet Studios, aims to provoke thought about humanity’s impact on the planet and encourage action for a sustainable future.

The project is part of the Museum’s efforts to engage and educate the public, with tickets available for purchase starting on May 22. This immersive experience is not just informative but also a call to action, emphasizing the importance of environmental stewardship in today’s world.
