Actress Sophie Nyweide’s Death Being Investigated by Police in Vermont

Authorities in Vermont are looking into the untimely passing of actress Sophie Nyweide, aged 24, whose lifeless body was discovered on a riverbank. The police are considering various possible reasons for her death, including the potential involvement of foul play.

According to information from Bennington Police shared with TMZ, Sophie was found near a high school in Bennington around 4 AM on April 14, and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Her body was located close to a lean-to structure constructed from fallen trees, and at present, no causes of death are being ruled out.

The investigation is ongoing, with Sophie’s autopsy pending, which will also involve a toxicology analysis. An individual who was present at the scene when Sophie passed away is cooperating with law enforcement, although they are not currently considered a suspect or person of interest.

It has been reported that other individuals were with Sophie at the lean-to prior to her demise, and efforts are being made to locate and interview them. Although Sophie did not reside in the lean-to, she had visited the structure before.

Sophie Nyweide’s mother had previously indicated that Sophie had been using drugs. She was a young talent who passed away at the age of 24. Rest in peace.
