White House Launches Website Obliterating The Left’s Favorite COVID Junk Science

On Friday, the White House launched a new website presenting evidence supporting the theory that Covid-19 originated from a Chinese laboratory. The website referred to insights from a House Select Subcommittee report in 2024 and listed five pieces of evidence to back the claim that the virus came from a lab in Wuhan, China. One piece of evidence cited was that Wuhan houses China’s primary SARS research lab. The website displayed a Google Earth map showing the proximity of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) to the Hunan Seafood Market, where the virus was initially detected.

The website also mentioned that researchers from the lab showed COVID-like symptoms in the fall of 2019 and highlighted three additional pieces of evidence. It criticized the “Proximal Origin” paper, published in “Nature Medicine,” which downplayed the lab leak theory in favor of a natural origin theory. Dr. Fauci was implicated in pushing for the preferred narrative of a natural origin for COVID-19.

Furthermore, the website pointed fingers at EcoHealth Alliance Inc., accusing former head Peter Daszak of obstructing investigations by providing false statements to Congress. The Biden administration’s Department of Health and Human Services was also accused of hindering the Subcommittee’s investigation. The website criticized pandemic mitigation measures like lockdowns and mask mandates, claiming they caused harm to the economy and the well-being of Americans.

Despite some opposition, more global health and intelligence agencies are considering the lab leak theory as increasingly plausible. The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) have expressed low to moderate confidence in the theory, while Germany’s Foreign Intelligence Service estimated an 80-95% likelihood of the virus originating from a lab in Wuhan.
