The Working Class Project, operating within American Bridge 21st Century, is focusing on research, polling, and engaging with voters in 21 states. Their efforts include conducting focus groups, interviewing community leaders, and studying the unique dynamics of the 2024 election. By listening to working-class voters across these states, the group aims to develop effective messaging strategies to rebuild the Democratic brand and secure victory in future elections.

The memo released by the group highlights the importance of targeting states that are poised for growth and reapportionment in 2030. Democrats will need to compete fiercely in states like Florida, Texas, and Ohio to remain competitive in presidential and Senate races.
