Amir Mustafa appointed CEO of B&B HOTELS USA

B&B HOTELS USA has appointed Amir Mustafa as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Valerio Duchini who has been promoted to Managing Director of Western Europe. This change in leadership is part of the company’s strategy to accelerate growth and expand in the US market.

Amir Mustafa has a strong background in the hospitality sector, having held key management roles at Extended Stay America and served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality. He brings years of experience in strategic planning, operational excellence, and team leadership to his new role.

With a degree from Ain Shams University and completing the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School, Mustafa is well-equipped to lead B&B HOTELS USA through its next phase of growth. His expertise will be crucial in strengthening the brand’s presence in the US market and enhancing guest experience at the group’s hotels.
