Already hoarding food, confident in the 60 weeks ahead, success is guaranteed. It’s a breeze… and now you’re here, seeking tips to conquer the Prologue in Frostpunk 2. You’re not alone. Even I didn’t succeed on my first attempt.

By being methodical, you can easily overcome the Prologue. Here’s how I did it.

To tackle the Prologue mission in Frostpunk 2, start by using your Frostbreaking strategically. For your initial Frostbreak, try opening both oil wagons. Be proactive with your Frostbreaking by breaking towards the nearby Construction wagon. Create space for housing districts and head towards the nearest food source.

Establish an Extraction District on the first Oil wagon while waiting for the other Frostbreaks to finish. Construct Housing Districts near the generator. When the Extraction District on the Oil Wagon completes, activate the generator on the Dreadnought Wreck.

Utilizing your prefabs, construct an Extraction District on the Construction Wagon and later on a Food District on the Fertile Soil. Build an Extraction District on the materials deposit and ensure to have sufficient Food Stockpile Hubs.

Keep an eye on the Extraction Districts and generator as the cold intensifies. Expand your food sources and adjust your strategy accordingly. Remember to toggle the generator off before the whiteout.
