Garlic Shrimp & Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
– 8 ounces of uncooked angel hair pasta
– 1/2 pound of sliced fresh mushrooms
– 1 medium chopped onion
– 1/3 cup of olive oil
– 4 minced garlic cloves
– 1 pound of uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/2 cup of chicken broth
– 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
– 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
– 1/2 cup of grated Romano cheese (divided)
– 1 tablespoon of butter
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
