Connecticut adds new commercial incentives to its energy storage program

Connecticut’s Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) program has been updated by the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA). The changes include the launch of Tranche 3 for commercial and industrial (C&I) incentives, and a transfer of 140 megawatts (MW) from the residential sector to the C&I sector to meet the increasing need for storage.
