GET HIM! Harmeet Dhillon BLASTS Federal Judge’s Ruling That Fathers Cannot Wear XX Wristbands

Harmeet K. Dhillon, the new head of the Civil Rights Division at the Justice Department, recently indicated upcoming changes within the influential DOJ branch. Last fall, fathers of Bow High School soccer players protested the inclusion of a ‘trans girl’ on the opposing team by wearing pink wristbands with ‘XX’. The school district expelled the fathers and issued no-trespass orders. Subsequently, the fathers sued the district for violating their civil rights.

Although victory seemed certain, Federal District Court Judge Steven McAuliffe ruled in favor of the school district, justifying their actions as within their rights. The judge deemed the ‘XX’ wristbands, symbolizing female chromosomes, as a ‘demeaning and harassing assertion’. Attorney General Pam Bondi vowed to challenge the ruling, with Dhillon promptly denouncing it as unconstitutional.

Dhillon is known for her tenacity in battling various issues, including COVID mandates and gender ideology. She swiftly condemned the ruling and assured that the Civil Rights Division would closely examine the matter. The judge’s decision faced criticism for restricting parental rights to free speech, prompting calls for an appeal to uphold the First Amendment.

McAuliffe’s ruling has sparked controversy, with many expressing support for Dhillon’s efforts to defend parental and girls’ rights. The incident underscores the ongoing debate on free speech and the protection of constitutional rights in the face of differing viewpoints.
