4 Prospects New England Patriots Should Avoid With No. 4 Pick In 2025 NFL Draft

The New England Patriots have made significant changes this offseason. Head coach Jerod Mayo was let go after just one season, and former player Mike Vrabel was brought in to take over. The team also made substantial investments in free agency to enhance the roster on both offense and defense.

Now, with the No. 4 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, the team has an opportunity to acquire a top prospect. Apart from quarterback, the team has multiple areas that require attention.

Today, let’s pinpoint the four prospects who may not be ideal choices for the Patriots with their top selection.

Mason Graham, a defensive tackle from Michigan, is a talented prospect, but may not be the best fit for New England. The team recently signed defensive lineman Milton Williams to a hefty deal in free agency, and Christian Barmore is a solid presence on the line. While Graham is promising, the Patriots have more urgent needs elsewhere.
