2025 ISHC Young Leader Award presented to Nicola Bandera at IHIF

In Berlin, Germany, the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and the International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF EMEA) recently honored Nicola Bandera with the esteemed ISHC Young Leader Award. Bandera, a Senior Analyst at THE LINE, NEOM, hails from Italy and began his hospitality career at a young age. With a background in hotel management and a BBA in Hospitality Management, he now focuses on expanding his knowledge in hospitality investment, aiming to achieve the CFA charter and the CAIA designation in the coming years. Bandera’s long-term goal is to lead a private equity firm, and he views this award as motivation to continue challenging himself. He acknowledges the support of his team at NEOM, especially mentor Paul Reyburn.

Established in 2009, the Young Leader Award by ISHC and IHIF aims to recognize outstanding young professionals in the hospitality industry who are under 35 years old. Candidates must be actively working in the hospitality sector and be acknowledged by their peers as emerging leaders making a positive impact on the industry. The selection process involves nominations from colleagues and a review by industry CEOs to determine the winner.
